Chef Denis Whitton’s cooking style is steeped in French tradition with a focus on game and further enhanced by subtle nuances of other cooking techniques. With Farm to table ingredients from local farms, our menu will change as the seasons change to incorporate the bounty of fruit, herbs and vegetables that each season has to offer. French Technique Cuisine with an American Twist. Our traditional French cuisine dishes such as Steak Au Poirve or Bouilabaisse Provencal, along with an exciting seasonal Wild Game and Seafood Menu. Our food and drink will be highlighted by ingredients from local farms, markets and producers.
Our full bar will boasts a strong cocktail program, our French and American focused wine list was meticulously curated to complement Chef Denis Whitton’s cuisine. We offer a fully stocked bar and daily drink specials as well as old favorites to satisfy your palate.
Our deep appreciation for design with a refined classic style and a french county flare will translate into a thoughtful tablescape, a warm, welcoming ambiance and a memorable backdrop for our guests culinary experience. Along with two dining rooms and an outdoor garden.

Chef Whitton and his wife and partner, Vicki Whitton, high school sweethearts both with extensive backgrounds in food & beverage and catering look forward to serving a Classic French cuisine with an American twist and sharing Autumn with our guests for a memorable dining experience.
We appreciate your patience as we open in accordance with the NYS mandate set during this unprecedented time. Our dining room has been designed to allow for 6 feet social distancing between tables. Our staff is equipped with PPE and have been trained in proper sanitation procedures.
Our goal is to keep us all safe as possible while we make the journey back to “normal”. We look forward to serving you at our table.
We will be limiting the number of customers in the facility at any one time to the maximum number which allows for customers (or groups of household members) and employees to easily maintain at least six-foot distance from one another, at all practicable times.
